About My Clients
I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and questions around identity and self-worth. I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work, creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned to each person’s pace.
My Background and Approach
I have received extensive training in crisis intervention, eating disorders, and attachment trauma. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and have completed additional training in EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and make sense of the patterns that have shaped you. I integrate practical tools with somatic and trauma-informed work, always staying attuned to your pace and what feels most supportive to you. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling more understood, but more connected to yourself.
