About My Clients
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and be fully seen, something many of us don’t get enough of in our day-to-day lives. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with people navigating a season of change, whether through grief, identity exploration, burnout, or relationship transitions, and they are seeking a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with people moving through grief, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I offer a queer-affirming and trauma-informed space where clients can show up as they are. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in deep listening. I have completed an advanced grief counseling certification, and I have extensive skills in working with people transitioning to different phases of their lives.
