About My Clients

You feel anxious, depressed, stuck - maybe resentful, apathetic, lonely. Maybe you feel all of that and more or feel nothing at all. My clients come in stuck and unsure of most things except for this: they know that something needs to change. My clients work to understand how they are showing up in primary relationships, uncover how their own stories influence them today, and work to practice telling the truth about struggle. Together we make meaning and take steps towards living more fully.

My Background and Approach

Previously I worked as a hospital music therapist in the southwest. I ran a Parkinson's choir, helped pediatric oncology patients record their own music, and facilitated end of life ceremonies with families. My experiences working with people living some of the best and worst days of their lives greatly impacts the therapy work I do today. Currently my work and training centers around couple's dynamics, family systems, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we are designed for and heal within relationships. I believe that you are inherently good, and that change is possible for she who is willing to long for more.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
