About My Clients
I work with people learning to set healthier boundaries, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate major life transitions and losses. Whether you’re struggling to say no, grieving the end of a relationship, adjusting to retirement, or coping with a life-changing diagnosis, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what comes next. I’m here to support you as you reconnect with your strength and sense of self.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted as you are. I draw from DBT and ACT-informed interventions to help clients build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and move through difficult emotions with greater confidence and flexibility. My background in community mental health and working with dialysis patients in a clinic setting has deepened my respect for the resilience people carry, especially in times of uncertainty and change. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace and focus on tools that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapy space shouldn't be intimidating but rather a place where you can show up fully yourself, knowing the person on the other side of the screen believes the best of you, truly has an interest in making you feel seen, understood and supported. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, compassion and the courage to keep showing up for yourself.
