My Background and Approach
Anchored in collaboration, empowerment, empathy, and liberation practices, my approach provides a warm place to process difficult aspects of your life. I have found that working from a wholistic lense, incorporating mind-body practices allows for a profound path to healing. In my approach to therapy, I look to incorporate culturally affirming practices, honoring the essence of what makes you, you. Over the years I have worked most with those processing their identity, family dynamics, relationship trauma, depression, and anxiety related to being first-gen, queer, and/or multicultural. Creating a safe space for queer, first-gen, immigrant, and BIPOC folks is an important part of my practice. I look to honor all of the intersectionalities that are present in your life with empathy and kindness.
