About My Clients
I believe that our ability to navigate relationships is a core aspect of a full and happy life, and that we have the ability to transform our relational patterns and heal. I help clients gain insight into their patterns, break through stuckness, and thrive. With couples, I integrate emotion-focused therapy with relationship skill-building and communication strategies to help clients heal challenging patterns, rediscover intimacy or build a strong base from which to grow.
