About My Clients
I love working with college students and millennial women on improving their mental health so they can better achieve all the goals they set out to accomplish. I also have a special interested in helping women of color overcome mental health struggles such as racial trauma, anxiety and depression. I work well with high-achieving women who are ready to start their healing journeys. I have a down to earth, Health At Every Size, approach framework and offer online therapy.
My Background and Approach
The techniques that I provide you have been backed by research and have helped thousands of women before you find relief from anxiety, depression and body image struggles. I have attended extensive trainings on helping women overcome grief, eating disorders, and start to feel like themselves again. I like for us to first get an understanding of why things are occurring, and then start implementing techniques to relieve the symptoms. You'll gain an understanding of yourself, along with tools to improve your day to day life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong passion for combating the stigma around eating disorders and mental health struggles for women in the black community. I also love writing and advocating for eating disorder recovery and helping women accept their body's natural shape and size.
