I am a relationship expert, couples enthusiast, family therapist, and trauma specialist. I work with couples at all stages of their relationship including those dating, cohabitating, married, divorced, non-monogamous, etc. I work with blended families, step parents, and co-parents. I also specialize in trauma and attachment.
My Background and Approach
I possess a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, College Park. I am trained to provide Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
