I believe that aspects unique to each family system (i.e., attachment, multigenerational processes, cultural/spiritual beliefs) are some of the key indicators of an individual’s personal life experience and the development of their identity. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate and process various life stressors that may be contributing to dysfunction within their system. I use an emotionally-focused approach to explore current patterns, facilitate and enhance connection, and implement new patterns of communication that align with achieving their therapy goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beginning the journey of self-reflection and vulnerability can be scary. It is my hope to create a safe environment in therapy for the exploration of each member's thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, as well as foster a felt sense of support, acceptance, and connection within your system.
