About My Clients
I specialize in partnering with people who are ready to bring more clarity, balance, and depth into their lives. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, spiritual questions, or relationship dynamics, I’ll help you develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. We will seek to understand how your unique past contributes to who you are in the present. My goal is to help clients identify goals that will help them increase their self-understanding.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of the patterns shaping your life. Together, we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck and uncover new ways forward. My clinical work is informed by attachment and psychodynamic theory along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions. I integrate proven approaches while keeping in mind your upbringing, identity, and goals. My role is to bring curiosity, compassion, insight so you can feel more grounded and connected. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and completed advanced training at UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services and have primarily worked university-based counseling centers for most of my career. During graduate school I took advanced classes in spiritual integration and psychoanalytic theory.
