About My Clients
Your internal landscape is what makes you special. It's the lens through which you move through life: creative, complex, resilient. Sometimes, the strategies that once protected you start to feel limiting. Your story may serve as a blueprint for how you interact with the world, shaping patterns that once protected you but now keep you from the connection you long for. Maybe that is why you are here: something inside you is longing for change.
My Background and Approach
As a trauma-informed psychodynamic therapist, I work with individuals and couples drawing from AEDP, IFS, EMDR, CBT, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practices, tailored to your needs. As a Lebanese American, I bring a culturally attuned, multilingual lens, and deep respect for the complexity of identity, belonging and intergenerational experiences. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner world, working together in a way that honors you as the expert of your own life. Grounded in trust and safety, we will move at your pace, using personalized tools to access your mind and body's wisdom and help you embrace all parts of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You might feel alone, even when surrounded by others. Disconnected from your emotions, your body, a clear sense of who you are, or from the people around you. Maybe you're tired of performing, unsure of what it means to be fully honest, with yourself or with others. You might be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or a complicated relationship with your body. Perhaps you're questioning where you belong and where you want to go, culturally, socially, or even within your own family. Maybe you’re wondering: Who am I, really? Where is home for me? I want to help you reconnect with your inner world in a way that allows you to feel more alive, grounded, and fully yourself. My role is to walk alongside you as you begin to see yourself and the world around you through a more compassionate and empowered lens. Together, we’ll build a safe, trusting relationship and create a collaborative plan that reflects your unique goals.
