My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our day to day lives can pull us in a multitude of directions that confuse our sense of self and throw us into the state of unsteadiness: conflicting identities and values we may hold, beliefs of who we're supposed to be, our work roles and need of people we care about, the list keeps piling on. My first priority is to offer an affirming space that provides breath and support; to tackle a seemingly small challenges to the big life challenges of fear, work, imposter syndrome, death, spirituality. My goal is to make space for everyone I work with to feel comfortable, secure, and free to be fully themselves.
