My Background and Approach
I am a client-centered, trauma-focused therapist. I specialize in treating OCD using ERP. I also specialize in treating trauma and am EMDR trained.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We're all unique. We each have our own values, beliefs, and strengths. Sometimes we feel stuck or trapped, but there is hope for a brighter future. It just takes some help from an outsider (me) to spark the change we want. Mental health issues such as past trauma, OCS, anxiety, and depression don't have to be something you have to deal with for the rest of your life! I believe we all have the ability to overcome these challenges. In my personal life, I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
