As a compassionate therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LIU Post, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. With a background in athletics, I understand the mental and emotional challenges of performance pressure, teamwork, and personal setbacks.
