I have experience working with a variety of issues that impact the human experience such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, life transitions and various other mental health concerns.

I have experience utilizing therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and believes the therapeutic relationship and trust are the most important aspects of therapy.
