Many of my clients experience constant worry, racing thoughts, or feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change, often during life transitions or after a loss. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, understand what’s driving your anxiety, and develop greater clarity and calm. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on your experiences and goals at a pace that feels right for you.
My Background and Approach
If you’re used to putting others first, therapy can feel unfamiliar or even hard to prioritize. Many clients I work with overthink, struggle to say no, or feel responsible for others’ feelings. Our early sessions offer a gentle space where you don’t have to perform, just begin exploring what you need and building self-trust. I have a background in health care and hospice and work with adults across the lifespan.
