We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
My Background and Approach
My background in mental health offers you over 30 years experience. I have learned many techniques over the years and I have tools to teach you that will give you relief and a sense of control in your life. I also offer a program for ADHD that helps with focusing . This program has a good track record in helping to relieve depression and anxiety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs and interest center around helping each individual live a good quality of life. I believe everyone deserves respect, a chance to heal and to grow on their life’s journey. I support and I am a member of the LGBTQ community and have been for more than 30 years.
