I am trained in CBT, DBT, and short-term intervention therapies. I have also been trained in Suicide Management, Risk Assessment and Safety Planning, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, TF-CBT for Traumatized Children and Families, and Multicultural Awareness & Diversity.
