About My Clients

Our suffering is often held in our bodies. Pain, disrupted sleep, and other symptoms are signals. On the surface we may look successful. Privately we can be struggling physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I work with individuals facing health challenges who are ready to try new tools so life can feel fuller on their terms.

My Background and Approach

I work with individuals facing health challenges who are ready to try new tools so life can feel fuller on their terms. She uses a mind-body approach through a holistic biopsychosocial-spiritual lens, looking at strengths and stressors shaped by culture, history, relationships, and environment. Some patterns build resilience. Others keep us stuck or on autopilot, unclear on our values or the life we want. Together we will select and implement trauma informed, evidence-based methods to jumpstart your innate capacity to heal and to live by what matters to you most.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all contain multitudes and that we are capable of so much. I am the daughter of Indian immigrants. After a career as a software engineer, I changed paths to pursue a doctorate in psychology, and I am now a Licensed Psychologist in New York, District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. I would be honored to help you tune in to your body’s messages with compassion rather than fear, so your wisest Self can choose actions aligned with the life you want.
