About My Clients

I work with clients who are navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and identity development. My clients come from all walks of life and diverse careers, including nonprofits, the public sector, and the private sector. Many of my clients are exploring their identities, including sexuality, gender, and relationship style, and I provide a positive environment for exploration and creativity.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of New York, and hold an MSW from Columbia University. By working with you on your day to day challenges, I meet you where you are, and trust that you are the greatest expert of your own experience. I also work to include exploration of how systems of oppression intersect with your mental health, and to support your exploration of the factors that undermine well being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we are constantly discovering who we are over the course of our lives. For many of us, we embrace particular identities in our youth that we are only beginning to unpack. I seek to provide a safe, warm, and supportive environment for exploration of grey areas and uncertainty. I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ people, trans people, and people exploring nontraditional relationship structures.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Judaism
