I help clients navigate challenges such as emotional dysregulation, relational conflict, low self-esteem, anxiety, worry, fear, identity exploration, or trauma. These experiences often hold important messages or “invitations” that, when explored with curiosity and compassion, can lead to deeper self-understanding and healing.
My Background and Approach
I bring over a decade of clinical experience and 20+ years in community-based wellbeing, specializing in trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression. I also teach and served as president of the International Association for Resilience & Trauma Counseling (2025). In therapy, I create a space where you can explore emotions, relationships, and life challenges with curiosity and compassion. I draw from multiple perspectives—psychological, spiritual, and philosophical—while honoring your dignity. Together, we navigate experiences like emotional dysregulation, relational conflict, low self-esteem, worry, fears, identity questions, and trauma. By approaching these challenges openly, we can uncover new insights, foster healing, and help you live more authentically.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the inherent dignity of every person, meeting each individual where they are in their life journey. Professionally, I have dedicated my career to community-based wellbeing, research, and advocating for universal access to mental and behavioral health services.
