I work with adults who are struggling to overcome behavioral, emotional, and relationship patterns that often result in anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, substance use, low self esteem etc. As a result of therapy, you will have increased self awareness, make better choices for yourself, and develop healthier, more balanced relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy and psychological assessment in multiple settings including private practice and medical, forensic, and VA hospitals. I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I primarily work from a psychodynamic approach, which means that I focus in part on increasing insight/self awareness in to the relationship between past experiences and current/recurring life issues and their emotional consequences.
