About My Clients
While I work with clients of all genders, I have a particular passion for offering therapy to men. In my experience, men come to therapy with goals that aren’t always addressed through traditional approaches. By learning to live more authentically and in a way that is more attuned to their emotional compasses, men tend to feel less anxious and depressed and form more fulfilling relationships with others.
My Background and Approach
I approach sessions with a compassion, humor, and directness. In my experience, change begins when we observe the way our patterns continue to lead to distress in our lives. I help clients identify approaches to shifting these patterns. Through this process, clients often find themselves feeling more authentic and fulfilled in their relationships. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I operate my practice around the value of authenticity. I believe that many people experience struggle in their lives as a result of growing distant from their authentic emotions and motivations. I work with individual clients and couples to reconnect with these aspects of their experiences.
