About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling emotional stress, relationship challenges, or major transitions. I provide a warm, steady, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing and begin to move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and grounded. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and helping you create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, stress, and mood-related concerns. I also support clients navigating anger management, codependency, infidelity, open relationships, men’s issues, and family or peer conflict. Whether you’re dealing with a recent life change or long-standing patterns, we’ll work together to understand your needs and build tools that support your well-being.
Why I Became a Therapist
I chose to become a therapist because compassion has always been at the center of who I am. I’m drawn to people’s stories—their struggles, their resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward when life hasn’t been easy. People carry so many unseen burdens—stress, trauma, transitions, identity questions, family conflict—and I wanted to be someone who could walk alongside them rather than let them navigate those moments alone. My goal has always been to help people feel heard, validated, and empowered to make sense of their challenges in a way that honors their unique story. I want to help people reclaim hope, build healthier relationships with themselves and others, and discover the strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Being able to support individuals through their most vulnerable moments is a responsibility I take seriously and a privilege I’m grateful for every day.
