I work with adults whose ADHD shows up as procrastination, inconsistent follow-through, emotional intensity, burnout, shame, and relationship strain. My approach combines IFS parts work, neurodivergent-affirming therapy, CBT-informed tools, and practical executive-function support. The goal is not to make you more neurotypical, but to understand your system and build change that actually holds.

I work with autistic and AuDHD adults, including late-identified and high-masking clients who feel exhausted from performing competence. Therapy may focus on burnout, sensory and relational needs, shame, shutdown, identity, and recurring conflicts. I use IFS and neurodivergent-affirming care to help clients understand protective patterns without treating neurodivergence as a defect.

I help neurodivergent men who are externally competent but stuck in people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, emotional shutdown, over-explaining, resentment, or recurring relationship patterns. My work integrates IFS, relational accountability, differentiation, and No More Mr. Nice Guy–informed therapy to build clearer boundaries, direct communication, and more grounded relationships.

I use CBT selectively and collaboratively to examine the interaction among thoughts, emotions, behavior, and environment. For ADHD and AuDHD clients, this may include practical experiments, executive-function scaffolding, and testing rigid or shame-based beliefs. I do not use CBT to argue clients out of their experience or force neurotypical standards; the goal is workable, observable change.

Relational therapy examines what happens between you and other people—and what may also emerge in the therapy relationship. We look at conflict avoidance, approval-seeking, resentment, boundaries, emotional withdrawal, and difficulty expressing needs directly. I use a direct, collaborative style to help clients build greater honesty, differentiation, and capacity for mutual relationships.

I am Level 1 trained through the IFS Institute and use IFS as the foundation of my work. We identify the protective parts behind procrastination, shutdown, people-pleasing, compulsive behavior, and self-criticism, then work with them rather than against them. This approach is especially useful for neurodivergent adults who understand their patterns intellectually but still feel unable to change them.
