I’m Matt Scult, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist focused on helping you navigate life’s challenges. I have a background in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, and I specialize in working with adults in high-stress careers as well as people trying to improve their relationships. My approach is collaborative, blending compassionate listening with practical tools to help you build insight, address patterns that hold you back, and create meaningful change. Drawing on my training at Duke and Weill Cornell Medicine, I connect science-backed strategies to your unique goals..
