About My Clients
My clients are usually artists, lawyers, and young professionals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and / or bipolar disorder. They are often burdened with high stress, burnout, or creative blocks and have tried to help themselves but don't see the deeper changes they sought, so they reach out to me. My hope is that our work together will untangle what you're feeling and help you feel more content.
My Background and Approach
I have been helping people for over 5 years in Los Angeles. My approach is to help you manage your day-to-day emotions and issues so that we can turn our focus toward the deeper issues that underly your current problems. This process is challenging at times but rewarding for those willing to put in the work.
