About My Clients
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore change—even if they’re unsure where to begin. My ideal clients often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. I have a special focus on supporting adults and young adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and self-esteem issues. I also enjoy working with couples looking to rebuild connection, improve communication, or move through conflict in healthier ways. If you're seek
My Background and Approach
My clinical experience includes work in private practice, community mental health, and school-based settings, giving me a broad understanding of how mental health intersects with real-life challenges. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. What this means for you: whether you're navigating personal struggles, feeling stuck in a relationship, or managing past trauma, I bring evidence-based tools, deep empathy, and a tailored approach to support your healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a counselor, I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and the courage it takes to ask for help. I value inclusivity, authenticity, and emotional safety—and I strive to create a space where every client feels seen and respected, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs. I’m a strong advocate for mental health awareness and support community efforts that reduce the stigma around seeking help. I’m also passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ folks and people navigating identity-related struggles. Outside of counseling, I’ve volunteered with local youth programs and mental health education initiatives, and I regularly support causes focused on trauma recovery and suicide prevention.
