My Background and Approach
I'm specialized in facilitating the healing journey for individuals grappling with nonsexual trauma, addiction recovery, sexual health concerns, sexual trauma and compulsions, and military veteran concerns. My proficiency in holistic, compassionate, evidence-based techniques equips clients to unravel entangling and disempowering traumas from the past, heal attachment wounds, help build and strengthen safe and trusting relationships, and create a bright and empowered vision for the future. With a skill set that spans a variety of mental health concerns, I'm also equipped to support those dealing with autism spectrum disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, as well as couples therapy.
