About My Clients
I specialize in working with high performers, overachievers, and professionals who look completely put together on the outside but feel entirely stuck, burnt out, or disconnected on the inside. You are likely checking all the boxes but running on a toxic baseline of anxiety or emotional stagnation. Whether you are navigating a massive life transition or wanting to look closely at behavioral patterns, this space is designed to help you step off autopilot and design your life by intent.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends a casual, grounded presence with a deeply inquisitive focus on self-authorship. I don't use clinical, one-size-fits-all fixes. My work is primarily rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a structural, evidence-based modality focused on cultivating psychological flexibility. My style is heavily informed by an Eastern philosophical focus on clear awareness. For over a decade across community mental health, dual diagnosis navigation, and private practice, my core belief has remained simple: Once you see the patterns and invisible scripts running your life, you have the option to break them. In our sessions, I seek to understand who you are—and in doing so, you begin to understand who you are. Together, we build the practical emotional intelligence and internal flexibility needed to manage heavy attachments, navigate change, and reclaim true personal agency.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it strips away the sterile, clinical pretense and feels like a real conversation between two peers. Personal growth isn't about hiding from your internal landscape or pretending everything is fine; it's about developing the grit and awareness to look directly at what is holding you back without judgment. I value radical self-honesty, practical accountability, and mindfulness. I am deeply committed to providing an inclusive, completely confidential space where individuals from all backgrounds can strip away the noise of external expectations and do the heavy, rewarding work of aligning their daily actions with their core values.
