I draw from a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused care, always with the intention of finding what works best for you and your needs.
My Background and Approach
With a background that blends real-world experience and clinical training, I offer a grounded and practical approach to therapy. I draw from a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused care, always with the intention of finding what works best for you and your needs. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and continue to deepen my practice through advanced training in Brainspotting and certification as a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS). Throughout my career supporting individuals in both residential and outpatient settings, I've worked alongside people facing a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges.
