About My Clients
My typical clients are highly motivated and truly want breakthroughs. They are also with me to enjoy the process and engage in using lighthearted humor to breakthrough difficult topics that they have been struggling with for years. I predominantly do a lot of parenting sessions in order to improve high family conflict, oppositional defiant disorder, and parental conflict.
My Background and Approach
I have a masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Syracuse University. I have worked with clients from all backgrounds and seek to help create healing for individuals, couples, and families as a whole. Majority of my sessions revolve around parenting work and specifically with parents who are desperately trying to get their children to be more emotionally and physically regulated. They are also struggling with co-parenting alongside their partner.
