My clients are often navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, or gaming/media overuse. Many feel stuck, overstimulated, or behind due to school, work, or life stress. Some struggle with focus, motivation, or emotional regulation; others feel lost, isolated, or disconnected. They may be exhausted, unsure of their next step. My Background and Approach
We live in a world that is increasingly disconnected, filled with distractions, social and academic pressures, competitive workplace demands, and great uncertainty! It is no wonder that ADHD, depression, anxiety, gaming/media addictions are so common—and they can make it hard to manage school, work, relationships, and even daily tasks! If you're feeling stuck, stressed out, or like you're constantly “behind” in life, you’re not alone! My role is to help you make sense of what you’re going through and learn tools to manage life and achieve your goals. And if you don't have goals, that's okay too, we can build some together! I bring warmth, empathy, and humor into every session, creating a space where you can be real without pressure or judgment. Therapy with me is about practical tools, deeper understanding, and genuine support. I also offer flexible scheduling and pricing to make therapy more accessible. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing starts with being seen—and that means honoring all parts of who you are. I’m committed to creating a space that affirms LGBTQIA+ identities, celebrates racial and cultural diversity, and embraces neurodivergence as a valid way of being. You don’t need to mask, explain, or edit yourself here. I understand that systems of oppression and marginalization deeply affect mental health, and I approach therapy with that awareness. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in supporting you as you navigate a world that doesn’t always make space for you. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and rooted in empathy and curiosity. Whether you’re processing identity, trauma, burnout, or just trying to survive the day-to-day, you deserve care that meets you at your level, on your terms. I bring warmth, humor, and cultural humility into the room—and I’m here to support the full, real you.
