About My Clients
I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel stuck — repeating patterns of trauma, anxiety, sadness, avoidance, or conflict. My clients are often autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, late-diagnosed or self-identified, and navigating burnout. Many are queer, trans, polyamorous/ENM, or otherwise living outside "the norm," and are looking for a therapist who won't ask them to shrink to be understood. If this sounds like you, schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good fit!
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I take a relational approach that's collaborative and autonomy-based. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and solution-focused orientations, modifying my approach according to your goals and comfort level. I'm curious about the parts of you that developed to keep you safe — the ones that overprepare, shut down, or won't stop looping — so they feel less like something to fight against and more like something you can work alongside. My specializations include Autism, ADHD, late diagnosis/identification, complex trauma, demand avoidance, neurodivergent burnout recovery, and identity exploration.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You are the ultimate authority on your own lived experience — not a diagnostic manual, not a framework, not me. I show up with authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and a belief in your right to advocate for yourself. My practice is a space that affirms neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ identities, gender and sexual minorities, kink and sexual outsiders, and polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous relationships — no translating yourself required. This work takes real effort, and I won't pretend healing is linear. But you deserve to be understood as you are.
