About My Clients
I am an Emotionally Focused Therapy trained clinician specializing in individuals, couples and families wanting to improve the quality of their relationships. My clients often are adults who seek treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. The approach I used is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focused with psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy. I help my clients with coping skills, practice boundary-work, grief and loss processing, identifying strengths and more.

I moved from Texas many years ago and have a professional background in music. My approach is tailored towards each client and use a collaborative and strengths based approach.
