About My Clients

I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, trauma, life stress, or substance use concerns. Many feel stuck in patterns they want to change or overwhelmed by emotions that affect daily life and relationships. I provide a structured and supportive space focused on practical coping skills, emotional healing, and long term stability. Telehealth sessions are available across North Carolina.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist providing telehealth counseling across North Carolina. My experience includes working with anxiety disorders, trauma related concerns, depression, and substance use recovery. I have supported individuals in both outpatient mental health and addiction treatment settings, helping clients build practical coping skills while addressing deeper emotional patterns. My approach is collaborative, structured, and goal oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma informed strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For clients seeking trauma focused treatment, I also offer EMDR informed care. Therapy with me focuses on creating emotional stability, improving daily functioning, and supporting meaningful long term change in a supportive and non judgmental environment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe meaningful change happens in an environment of honesty, compassion, and personal responsibility. I value creating a space where individuals feel respected, understood, and supported while also being encouraged toward growth and accountability. My approach emphasizes resilience, practical problem solving, and living in alignment with personal values. For clients who desire it, counseling can include faith integrated perspectives in a clinically appropriate and client directed way. I believe each person has the capacity for change, healing, and renewed direction when provided with the right support and tools.
