My Background and Approach
My integrative approach to talk therapy is psychodynamic, holistic, and trauma-informed. I work to facilitate a therapeutic environment where we can better understand and work through some of the more difficult challenges that life can present us. I believe deeply in the capacity for healing within each of us.
