My Background and Approach

My journey towards helping others began as a life coach and financial services counselor and I have spent the last decade working out of residential treatment centers for addiction and dual diagnosis. As an outpatient counselor my goal is to help you break the cycle of unhealthy behaviors, learn how to rebuild trust in your relationships, and build a life that is not just about "feeling normal" but a life with a purpose that you look forward to living.
