About My Clients

Do you feel disconnected from yourself, off-balance in relationships, or stuck in shame and self-doubt? These patterns can drain your energy and lead to anxiety, isolation, and overwhelm. Therapy can help you shift unhelpful habits, build inner trust, and reconnect with your authentic self. You're ready to feel grounded, present, and aligned—and I'm here to support you on that path.

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I specialized in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. My work is rooted in a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection—an understanding deepened by my background as a chiropractic doctor. This integrative lens allows me to support clients in building a stronger emotional and physical foundation for growth and resilience. I believe that healing is possible when we reconnect with ourselves in a more compassionate, embodied, and authentic way. I work with individuals and couples to explore the deeper layers of their emotional lives, helping them express themselves more freely and feel more aligned in their relationships. My clinical focus includes anxiety, attachment patterns, sexuality, self-esteem, shame, the queer experience, and relational challenges. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—and where transformation can unfold with curiosity, care, and clarity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an affirming, culturally sensitive therapist who believes that each person’s story holds valuable insight into their emotional and physical well-being. Our lived experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, I help clients explore and give voice to their stories—creating opportunities to reframe limiting narratives and build a more grounded, fulfilling, and joyful life.
