About My Clients
I specialize in suicide prevention, crisis management, stress management, and anxiety reduction for adults and children. My work is grounded in helping clients build practical coping tools while also creating space to talk openly about what’s really going on—no judgment, no pressure, and a little humor when it helps. If you’re looking for a therapist who is approachable, experienced, and genuinely invested in helping you feel better, I’d be honored to connect and start the conversation

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic style is open-minded, empowering & collaborative. Some days therapy might look like venting about your week; other days it might mean unpacking long-standing patterns or navigating a crisis. Either way, letting it out can help—and we'll take it at your pace. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation to support meaningful, realistic change.
