I bring humor and warmth to therapy to help you feel comfortable and heal. I focus on understanding your struggles, your relationships, what motivates you, what keeps you stuck, and help you target areas for growth.

I use an eclectic model of therapy, using techniques and tools from a variety of different models based on your specific needs. I offer a warm and validating atmosphere where you can be your truest and most authentic self. We'll collaborate to find the deepest roots and causes of your issues - using your present self to heal old wounds while navigating a path forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an unabashedly queer therapist and nerd who loves the human mind and helping people. I believe in completely deconstructing everything I have ever learned and using it to construct a better self - breaking down implicit beliefs about race, ethnicity, tradition, relationships, gender, culture, sexuality, and even thoughts themselves.
