I believe everyone is capable of change when they have the support behind them. I view people as being stuck is various cycles and not sick. I am committed to understanding what adds value and meaning in your life. I am also sensitive to understanding the various challenges that family expectations, societal expectations, and cultural expectations may place on your sense of self. Additionally, it is important to me that that your relevant identities are honored in the therapy space.
