About My Clients

I support clients who feel isolated, anxious, or weighed down by self-criticism. Whether it shows up as perfectionism, relationship struggles, or buried anger, these patterns can be hard to shift alone. Together we explore what keeps you stuck and build new ways to relate to yourself and others with more freedom and authenticity.

My Background and Approach

I am a graduate-level intern Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Twin Cities Metro/Minneapolis area. My focus is on working with adults and teens who feel weighed down by loneliness, perfectionism, or self-doubt, as well as those carrying hidden anger, shame, or resentment. I work from an attachment-based, relational perspective, helping clients notice the patterns that shape their connections, understand the histories behind them, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. Many of the people I work with appear to have it together on the outside, yet struggle internally with anxiety, isolation, or the quiet belief that something is missing. I also work with clients impacted by ADHD stressors. My goal is to offer a collaborative, reflective space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen connections, and create the kind of life and relationships you want to move toward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value creating a therapy space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I believe that struggles with loneliness, shame, perfectionism, or anger are not personal failings—they are signals pointing to patterns, unmet needs, and relational histories that deserve attention and compassion. I prioritize building trust and fostering collaboration, helping clients explore their emotions, understand themselves more deeply, and experiment with new ways of relating to others. Grounded in an attachment-based approach, I focus on connection, insight, and personal growth, supporting clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and more meaningful, authentic relationships.
