About My Clients
My ideal client is a deep-feeling professional, caregiver, or people-pleaser who has completely run out of gas after years of over-functioning. On the outside, they look capable and responsible, but internally, they feel hollow, invisible, and disconnected from their own identity. They aren't looking for quick-fix productivity hacks or toxic positivity; they are ready for a gentle, reflective space to slow down, dismantle the pressure to be perfect, and softly reclaim their authentic self.
My Background and Approach
As an avid hiker, I understand that sometimes we climb grand mountain peaks, and other times we wander in dark valleys of fog. After building an 18-year career in finance, I intentionally decided to transition into counseling. I am deeply passionate about mental health and its impact on every aspect of how one functions. I strive to foster honesty, resilience, and self-awareness, believing that meaningful change begins with understanding and empathy. Currently, I am a second-year graduate student at Rocky Mountain University, pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been married for 24 years and have five boys. I also enjoy being in nature and writing/producing music.
