About My Clients

You want to feel good and genuinely at ease in your life and relationships, but something is in the way. Trauma, attachment, relationship issues. Chronic loneliness, social anxiety, difficulty with vulnerability and connection. A world that's on fire. These are my specialties. Whatever is in the way for you, we won't talk about relief as some hopeful future state. I'll help you experience it in session, so you can start moving toward a life that feels joyful and free.

My Background and Approach

Therapy with me is serious—because I care about what you're going through—but not stiff and formal. We'll hold space for moments of beauty, joy, and laughter alongside the muck and the pain of being human, all the while moving you toward relief. I'll bring a grounded, solid energy to our work, and I'll welcome you exactly as you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all have a natural drive toward, and capacity for wholeness and wellness. However, all too oftent this natural capacity gets constrained by cultures, families, and relationships that neglect our well being at best, and actively oppress and harm us at worst. You're struggling not because you're a failure or broken, but because the environments that shaped you failed to meet your most basic needs. Throughout our work together, we'll discover what those needs were and help you tend to the parts of you waiting to be seen, heard, and cared for.
