About My Clients
My clients are adults who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. Many come to therapy feeling anxious, burned out, or weighed down by the past. They’re often insightful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own. Some are coping with unresolved trauma, grief, or chronic stress that leaves them feeling disconnected or emotionally exhausted. Others are navigating transitions—relationships, career changes, loss—and want to approach life with more
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Utah, specializing in trauma-informed care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional distress. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University and completed my clinical training in a range of settings, including dual-diagnosis and trauma-focused treatment centers. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients process painful experiences, reduce distress, and develop tools for lasting emotional regulation. Therapy with me is a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world, understand your patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I believe healing happens through self-awareness, connection, and the courage to face what’s been holding you back—at yo
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible for everyone. No matter how long you’ve been struggling or how “stuck” you may feel, growth begins the moment you decide to show up for yourself. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion—where insight and change unfold at your own pace. I believe our past experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world, but they don’t have to define our future. With the right support, it’s possible to process pain, strengthen resilience, and create a more grounded, fulfilling life. I see my role as a guide—helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, uncover new perspectives, and build the confidence to move through life with clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
