My clients seek a space where they're actually heard. Not silenced. Not judged. They get a chance to drop the mask and just BE. You can finally show the part of you that you've kept away from others for so long. Whether it be paralyzing anxiety, finding motivation after months of depression, or loss of a relationship, I'm here to see you for who you are and carve out a space for healing, growth, and self compassion. My Background and Approach
The foundation of my work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our first few sessions will focus on building our connection and discovering you. Through this discovery phase, we'll label and embrace your values, uncover your intrusive thoughts and core beliefs, and identify tools and skills needed to address your therapeutic goals. Each session will cater to your immediate and long-term needs with an aim to gain clarity and inspire progress in ways unique to you and your life. Whether that be learning new skills to stave off a panic attack or gaining new perspectives on particular aspects of your life, I'm here to provide a safe space to learn more about you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I'm just a silly dude who cares a lot about others. You'll notice that I laugh a lot and love to crack a joke. My focus is to always be in the "room" with you authentically. I make mistakes. I can be wrong. I am human, and I want you to know that so that you can be human, too. While I am a part of the LGBTQ community, I work with clients from all walks of life.
