Battling depression can be a silent every day struggle. Life seems pointless, there can be no motivation to do things you used to enjoy, you can feel like you are stuck in a dark pit with no way out. Working with clients who struggle with depression is very personal to me. There is a way to regain your life back and we can tackle this together.

Everyone can relate to relationship issues. Whether it be with a partner, parent, sibling, neighbor, coworker, these are people we interact with often so our mental health can be greatly impacted by them. I still see so many people not talk about how greatly this can impact their day to day life. We can learn skills, find ways to cope, and process how you can have fulfilling relationships.

In 2024 many people identify with anxiety, yet again so many struggle with such strong anxiety it can make life too overwhelming. Waking up, anxious. Going to work or school, anxious. Going home and trying to go to sleep, anxious. This is an exhausting cycle and battle! Let’s find a way to take your life back and help make you in control of your anxiety together!

CBT to me means understanding what our thoughts are really saying to us and what are those automatic thoughts. It’s diving into our emotions, processing them and learning to accept them. Lastly, how you respond and what you choose to do with your day impacts our mental health and can be adapted. The way I describe it is learning to control our mind rather than letting our brain control us.

This aligns with my passion for unpacking and discussing ways to have meaningful relationships we enjoy with healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, and assertiveness skills.

Person centered in a unique way to say who you are as an individual person with your unique story is the focus. Who I am as a person, not just as a therapist, align with this approach of providing genuineness, empathy, unconditional positive regard and hope for you as my client.
