About My Clients
Are you struggling with life stressors, not able to take actionable steps towards your goal, or every time you try it falls flat? You aren't alone, and you are capable. Knowing your worth, engaging in tough emotional conversations, and developing skills to help you walk along your journey is extremely important no matter what areas you are struggling with! My Background and Approach
I believe in actionable steps. When you employ skills, a whole new world of opportunities opens up to you. Additionally, emotional understanding (naming your emotion) and a fine balance between acceptance and change are keys to helping you. I want you to establish action steps, emotional understanding, and acceptance to change the things about your life that got you to this page. I have extensive training in behavioral therapies and working with trauma, and my approach is directive and with you in mind. You don't want to continue in the pattern that you have set, neither do I, by working together we can match my experience with your life, goals, and emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is a part of human existence. We are designed to be engaged with other people, and living life with vulnerability, courage, and connection. I don't believe that there is a limit to the amount of success someone can have, and hope is a cornerstone of my life. I am committed to realigning emotional responses to situations and looking for the perspective that is often missed. I love a good cup of coffee, but drinking it with friends makes it ten times better. I enjoy superhero movies and think that finding simple pleasures in life can help us cope with complex issues. I am inclusive and do not discriminate against anyone for any reason. I specifically have a heart for the LGBTQ+ community as I am a member. I would love to hear from you.
