About My Clients
Are you feeling emotionally and physically disconnected from your partner, like you're stuck in the same cycles with no real way out? Maybe the demands of parenting have left little space for intimacy or communication, Perhaps you want to talk about sex, but shame, confusion, or frustration gets in the way. Or maybe you're part of a neurodiverse couple, trying to bridge different communication styles but ending up feeling misunderstood or alone. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone!
My Background and Approach
Over the years, I’ve developed and refined tools to help people feel more connected, understood, and grounded—especially in their relationships. Whether you're struggling with intimacy, communication, parenting stress, or feeling stuck in cycles you can't seem to break, I’ll help you find real-world strategies that actually work. My goal is for you to walk away with tools you can use anytime—whether that’s to calm your nervous system, open up hard conversations, or reconnect with your partner or yourself. I’m collaborative, direct, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. Together, we’ll get to the heart of what’s happening and build skills for change—without judgment or pressure. I bring both clinical expertise and lived empathy to help you navigate sex, shame, identity, parenting, or partnership with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I blend deep clinical training with a warm, grounded presence to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that relationships—whether with a partner, a child, or yourself—are some of the most sacred and complex parts of being human. Emotional and sexual intimacy are not luxuries, but basic human needs. Parenting a child with special needs or being in a neurodiverse couple doesn’t mean settling for survival mode. You deserve connection, joy, and a space where your story is honored without judgment. I bring my full self into the therapy room: a therapist who values curiosity over assumptions, progress over perfection, and real human connection over clinical distance. I’m affirming of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures. Therapy should be a place where you don’t have to explain the basics of who you are or why your life is complicated—you get to just be, and we take it from there together. If you're ready for therapy that honors your full experience—messy parts and all—I’d be honored to walk that path with you. Reach out when you’re ready. I’m here.
